We do not offer full refund on any project according to our refund policy, our policy applied equally to each customer.. However, you are only eligible for full refund if we have not started your work.. And a partial refund is allowed if you have ordered Dynamic Responsive Website after deducting charges..(same mentioned on our website at www.websolink.in bottom of the page refund policy option)

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund with in 30 days from the date of order created. The final refund will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us.

Note:- Refund or Cancellation is not available if you have ordered a eCommerce Store or Custom Website. As we are website designing & development company, we have paid designers & developers so we can not offer you refund or cancellation on such projects..

Support: Free support is provided on every Saturday only through email & you are eligible to obtain support once we have received full payment and made your website live. We must receive your query email before Saturday. We also declare, we may not complete your whole changes within the same day. It may delay due to queue.
If changes request do not fall in minor changes segment, we may charge additional cost for the major changes because we do not provide customization or additional features work within minor changes.
